A down payment (or a payment due today) may be required. Affirm accepts debit cards and PAD as forms of repayment on payment options. How do I use Affirm?

1. Add items to your shopping cart as usual, then select Affirm as your payment method in Checkout.

2. After clicking “Complete Order”, you will be redirected to complete Affirm's easy online application and get decision within seconds.

3. Confirm your payment plan with Affirm and return to MasterBedroom to complete your order.

4. Make 6, 12, 18, 24, or 36 equal monthly payments.

Who can apply for a Affirm payment plan?

Affirm payment plans are available to Canadian citizen or permanent resident - 18 years of age (AB, MB, ON, PEI, QC, SK)/ 19 Years of age (BC, NB, NF, NT, NS, NU, YK)

Are there requirements to use Affirm?

Yes. You’ll need:

To be the legal age of majority in the province or territory in which you reside
To be a resident of Canada
A Canadian bank account or Visa/Mastercard debit card (Your debit card must have the Visa or Mastercard logo). Available payment methods may vary depending on the payment plan selected.
An SMS-capable Canadian phone number and an email address
To meet the minimum cart size required to use Affirm as a payment option at checkout

How do I make my payments?

For e-commerce transactions: your payments will be set up as convenient pre-authorized payments on your credit card, debit or bank account.

For in-store transactions: your payments will be pre-authorized payments from either your debit, bank account or credit card.

Can I prepay my outstanding balance?

Yes! Affirm payment plans are repayable in full or in part at any time, with no penalty. To make an extra payment, you can log in to your online account.

How quickly do I need to use my approved credit?

Your credit approval can be used for up to 365 days. You can fund multiple purchases over time with your credit approval. After 365 days, we require a new application.

What if I want to return my purchase or get a refund?

Purchases made using Affirm are subject to MasterBedroom's refund and exchange policy. Any returns will be processed by MasterBedroom, then Affirm will process a refund to you and Affirm loan balance will be reduced or cancelled accordingly.

Is my personal information secure with Affirm?

YES, protecting your personal information is very important to Affirm. We encrypt all sensitive data. We also maintain physical, electronic, and other safeguards to protect your information. We do not sell your information to anyone. You can read our detailed Privacy Statement here.

How can I track my payments and access my Affirm account?
