In-Home Delivery is available for mattresses, foundations, adjustable bases, bedroom furniture, sofa - sectionals and all other items purchased from MasterBedroom.

Here's what you need to know about our delivery procedures:

In-Store Purchases and Delivery Schedule:

  • For in-store purchases, the delivery can be conveniently scheduled at the time of sale. Our staff will work with you to coordinate a delivery time that suits your preferences.
Online Purchases and Delivery Schedule:
  • Once your order is placed online, an order confirmation email will mention the estimated delivery date(s). A member of our team will also call to confirm the delivery schedule.
  • During this call, we will arrange the delivery details and confirm the availability of the selected products.

Quick and Easy Pick-Up:

  • Most of the Mattresses are ready for pick up with an average time of 2 - 5 business days. All Canadian-made furniture is made to your specifications and may take up to  2 - 8 weeks to complete.
  • MasterBedroom stocks the most popular mattress models and sizes and offers quick & easy pick-up.

Service Coverage:

MasterBedroom offers express shipping services to all major cities in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and most of Eastern and Southern Ontario. Such as Toronto, North York, East York, Scarborough, Pickering,  Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Brock, Clarington, Scugog, Uxbridge, Peterborough, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Thornhill, Concord, Caledon, Markham, Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Milton, Cambridge, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Grimsby, St.Catherine, Niagara-Fall, Malton, Georgetown, Orangeville, Newmarket, Aurora, Innisfil, Barrie and Acton.

MasterBedroom also ships products to cities in the following provinces and territories: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan. (Limited shipping capacity in the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and the Yukon.)

Delivery Charges:

We offer a flat shipping rate for most of the furniture and mattresses irrespective of the number of items. 

  • $69.00 for the Toronto, Scarbrough, Durham Region
  • $89.00 for Peel and York Region
  • $99.00 for Halton Region
  • $129.00 for Barrie, Innisfil and Georgina Region
  • $149.00 Hamilton, Niagara Region (irrespective of the number of items)

Our standard delivery service will take your product to the front door. You may choose to upgrade to a "room of choice" delivery service for no extra cost.

For assistance in assembly and unpacking - removal, please get in touch with a member of our service team. They will set you up with everything you need. There may be extra charges involved. 

On the delivery day of your choosing, our shipping specialists will set up your new mattress in your desired room, remove and discard all packaging materials and even dispose of your existing mattress, box spring and furniture if requested – Only municipal dumping charge apply.

Please note that if any delivery location is in a rural or remote area (i.e. outside of urban cities and towns), this typically results in longer transit times and extra shipping charges.

How to get a shipping rate?

Please add the product you like to the shopping cart, then fill in "Shipping Rate Calculator" select your province and enter the postal code. Press "Calculate Shipping Rates" for your discounted shipping quote.

How long will my order take to arrive?

This depends on the delivery location and stock. All locations within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) are fairly quick. If the item is in stock, the usual delivery time is between 2 - 5 business days. Shipping outside of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is arranged with a third-party carrier. This will take between 5 - 12 business days. If you are in a remote location, it will require extra time to deliver. 

Please note that if any delivery location is in a rural or remote area (i.e. outside of urban cities and towns), this typically results in longer transit times.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Confirmation of your order:

After you place the order, you will receive an email. There will be a confirmation number and that is your order confirmation.

How is it going to be delivered by LTL and Courier?

Normally, shipments are scheduled to arrive Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm local time. Our LTL local delivery agent will contact you and schedule a date and time of your convenience to deliver your order. Any packages shipped via Canpar, Purolator, FedEx, or UPS do not require delivery appointments. If there is no one at home to accept the shipment, a delivery attempt notification with further details may be issued. In some cases, the packages can be delivered on the porch, in front of the door or lobby. We are not responsible for any inconvenience, if this may cause.

Key points:

LTL, Courier or third-party standard shipping is at the curbside or front door of your building.
If you live in a house, this will be curbside or the front door of your house. If you live in an apartment, this will be the main door of your apartment complex.
We are unable to navigate stairs with our standard delivery equipment. If your building or the front door of your house is only accessible via stairs we will get as close as possible or deliver to your garage.

If you would prefer to have LTL or Courier delivery team deliver your new furniture upstairs and/or inside your home, please contact our service team. They will upgrade the shipping option for you.

Premium delivery services such as white gloves and assembly are available for an additional fee. Please contact our service team.
