Delivered as promised and to the room of our choice. Vehicle was clean and tidy delivery team smartly dressed and polite. Mattress is far better than I was expecting. First couple of nights rest I thought matress was hard however it does feel hard but when slept on it's the perfect comfort for me. No stiff neck or lower back ache. Quality is top notch. Will definitely recommend to friends.
Overall quality is great. Good value for money. But be aware - it is truly very firm, my lower back can't stand it, probably need a soft topper to actually enjoy it.
I bought my double sided Firm and Extra firm mattress late last year as waking up with a really sore back each morning which didn't settle down until I had been up and walking around for at least a hour or so. Now, I wake up and snooze my alarm for a few extra mins as it is so comfortable. My back doesn't feel sore in the mornings anymore! Love it
